Lost Shore Kids Surf Camps
Get your kids stoked on surfing at Lost Shore. Our exciting week-long camp (Mon to Fri) is the perfect way for young surfers aged 7 to 16 to build skills, confidence, and a love for the surf environment.
Led by our team of passionate and experienced surf coaches, children will progress from their first pop-ups to riding waves with style, mastering fun tricks and turns along the way.

Spaces are limited – book early to secure your spot! When booking, you only need to select the Monday at the start of each camp to secure your place for every day that week.
Meet us at Lost Shore
Arrival at LSSR reception for 9 am, where you will check into your lesson. We’ll then kit you out with all your gear at the wetsuit desk, then give you directions on where to get changed and meet your coach. Each daily session runs for 1.5 hours, with a combination of on-land and on-water coaching. Pick up at 11:15 am daily.
Through the week
Children learn to handle the surfboards, paddling technique, catching waves and correct surf stance. They work through a structured programme of surf levels so they know how to progress and feel a sense of achievement as they do.
What to bring
Remember to pack your swimsuit and towel. Wetsuits are provided, but feel free to bring your own.
A 50 minute session on 4 wheels that's been honed through teaching hundreds of our youngest budding surfskaters.
Lots of fun, lots of smiles, a great introduction to the sport and a perfect way to engage active kids.
Age Requirement
All participants must be at least 6 years old to take part in this activity. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a safe and appropriate experience for everyone.
No previous surfskate experience required! And we provide all equipment.
