**From 24th July 2026, the City of Edinburgh Council have introduced the Visitor Levy Tourist Tax. If you have booked your stay on or after the 24th July, this 5% tax will be automatically added to the price of your accommodation. However, if you booked between the 1st October 2025 and the 23rd July 2026, then we will take this payment at our reception desk when you check-in. Please note, this is a legal requirement and access to your accommodation cannot be granted until it is paid.**
