Improver Plus Lesson

Our Improver Plus lesson takes your surfing progression to the next level. Building on the foundations of the Improver lesson, you’ll move to our Cruiser Plus wave, offering a longer, slightly steeper face and more speed for refining your techniques.

During this lession, you’ll work on:

Mastering angled take-offs to align with the wave’s face.
Building speed and trimming more effectively along the wave.
Beginning to link simple turns, working on transitions from rail to rail.
Improving your wave awareness and positioning to catch waves confidently.

Suitable for:

Surfers who have graduated from the Improver lesson or who are consistently catching their own waves on Cruiser sessions or ocean green waves, and trimming along the face on gentle waves.
Those looking to sharpen their technique, gain confidence, and prepare for more intermediate and advanced sessions.

Wave height: Waist to chest high

Surfboard: Mid-length hard boards or ‘skinny’ soft boards.
